Should people complain about poor service? ABSOLUTELY but if you do it the right way it can really help with the development of peoples businesses. With competition just around the corner having a bad experience can assist the person to understand where their business is at. Talking with your feet is your right but at least provide the business owner your feedback. Either in person or on reviews. If done on review site unless the service is totally unacceptable then allow the business to respond and work with your comments. In many ways a business especially small businesses needs the not so good comments to develop and grow and also the good feedback. Next time you have an experience from a business you are not happy or you are happy with with express your thoughts.
