Getty Images has unveiled Generative AI, a commercially safe AI tool powered by the Edify model architecture. This innovative tool combines Getty Images’ extensive creative library with AI technology, ensuring commercial usability and full indemnification. It seamlessly integrates with Getty Images’ vast collection, offering customers an end-to-end creative process to find the right visuals for their needs.

G-P’s GenAI Suite for global expansion and hiring

Globalization Partners (G-P) introduces GenAI, a suite of tools designed to facilitate global expansion and hiring for HR needs. The suite includes the Global Intelligence Assistant (GIA), providing real-time compliance support and custom global growth solutions. Meridian advisor offers AI insights on HR policies and compliance, while Meridian entity streamlines entity setup and management. This suite promises to streamline international hiring while ensuring compliance and reducing data entry errors.

Adobe unveils AI editing tools

Adobe showcased a range of AI-powered tools and features at its annual Max event. These prototypes leverage generative AI and 3D image technology, providing innovative photo, audio, video, 3D, fashion, and design capabilities. Notable features include Project Primrose, an interactive dress that changes colors and patterns when worn, and Project Stardust, which detects objects in images for various tasks.

AvePoint’s AI-powered information lifecycle management

AvePoint launches AvePoint Opus, an AI-powered information lifecycle management solution. Part of the AvePoint Confidence Platform’s Resilience Suite, Opus allows organizations to discover, classify, protect, and manage their data in Microsoft 365 accurately and at scale. AvePoint Maestro, a key component, uses AI models to analyze content and metadata, assigning appropriate policies to documents.

ChatGPT surpasses Netflix in web traffic

The digital landscape is witnessing a shift as AI-powered platforms challenge traditional giants. ChatGPT, between June and August 2023, averaged 1.51 billion monthly website visits, ranking ninth among the top websites by visits. Remarkably, it surpassed streaming giant Netflix, which recorded 1.49 billion visits during the same period, highlighting the growing influence of AI in web traffic.
